The linen has a light wax coating which means that spillages are not a problem and can easily be wiped away with a damp cloth. It also means that creases are also not a problem as these placemats hold their shape without needing ironed.

Care Instructions:

The coating of our placemats makes them stain and wrinkle resistant. Caring for our placemats is easy. Should a spill happen, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Heavier stains can be machine washed on a gentle cycle using cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry, tumble dryer is not recommended. If ironing is desired, iron on the reverse side of the placemat. Use the irons high steam setting with a cloth in-between the placemat and the iron.
